Week two of Salmon.

I am vegetarian. . . well until I've become prego--KINDA. I'm still not eating any meat other than salmon. BUT--I'm eating salmon once a week.

I usually HATE salmon. I typically hate all meat products, but I know salmon has all good things in it and . . .what the Hell. It's worth it for 8 more months.

I had the BEST salmon dish ever today. DH and I went to one of my favorite places, Red Robin. They have a blackened salmon caesar salad. I added tomatoes, said "no" to croutons, and has dressing on the side. SO GOOD. I could eat that every Friday :)

  1. Wow that does look amazing. Congrats on the pregnancy! One tip for easy salmon, Organic Bistro has a frozen Wild Alaskan Salmon meal that comes with broccoli and whole wheat rice pilaf and it's under 400 calories! I look forward to reading about your future meal adventures:)
